WORKSHOP
Progettare con Michelucci (Design with Michelucci) is an immersive design experience that for three days, from November 22 to 24, will investigate the relationship between design and craftsmanship starting from Giovanni Michelucci's experience in furniture. The students will work in the rooms of Michelucci's house-studio in Fiesole to rework the furniture he designed.
The workshop is reserved to sixteen students of the Department of Architecture of the University of Florence who will be selected on the basis of portfolios. Among the participating projects will be awarded prizes and mentions of merit and all participants will receive a certificate of participation. The workshop will be preceded by a day of study that will investigate the figure of Michelucci artisan.
